was prepared in Apral, 1990, by the Regim X staff of the Federal Dex9ency Management Agency (FDR).

Five deficiencies were identifia$ during the exercise.

discussed these issues with Oregon State, Washington State, an$ Cawlitz Cbunty, and has received ocrrnitments and a schedule for the panaamary corrective actions. 'Ibe report reflects these carnit:mants, action plans, and milestone dates which address all issues, including two reneiial drills (Cwlitz County on July 24, 1990, and Oregon State on July 31, 1990).

Pending the autocne of the scheduled remedial drills, FDS is unable to find that the plans and prepara$ ness for the Trojan Nuclear Power Plant are adequate to protect the public's health an$ safety in the event of a radiological energency. Once we have rioelved the results of the remedial l

drills, we will notify you of our firdirgs.
