Dear Mr. Gordon,
Enclosed are five (5) copies of the synopsis of the Gregory Enterprises, Inc.
(GEI) 10 CFR 71, Subpart M Quality Assurance system.
This document is forwarded to your office along with the required
$150.00 fee to facilitate initial review and issuance of NRC
't approval of the GEI QA system.
Our activity under the approval will be limitwo to the fabrica-l~
tion of licensed-containers and related support equipment for the nuclear industry.
No design activity of such equipment will take place at GEI.
E This submittal is the result of requests of our current and pro-j.
spective customers for.NRC approval of our QA system for bidder l
qualification and performance after contract award.
Our synopsis adheres to the criteria of 10 CFR 71, Subpart H and l
accurately reflects the existing GEI QA system.
