MEETING WITH LOUISIANA ENERGY SERVICES ON LICENSING IS$1lES We have scheduled a meeting with Heward Arnold and peter LeRoy of Louisiana Energy Services (LES) for Wednesday, July 11, 1990, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 60 13.

The principal purpose of this meeting is to review with Dr. Arnold the results of our recent visit to the Urenco plants in Europe and any implications for the proposed LES plant in the U.S.

I would appreciate your participation in this meeting.

We understand that LES is concentrating its etforts on design engineering of the proposed plant, and will be prepared-to describe in detail the plant design at a more comprehensive meeting which we expect to hold in September 1990, sed,,W
