AND 2 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, the Virginia Electric and Power Company requests amendmonts, in tho form of changos to the Technical Specifications, to Operating Licenso Numbers NFP 4 and NFP 7 for North Anna Units 1 and 2, respectively. The proposed change adds the NRC standard fire protection licenso condition to each unit's Operating Licenso, and relocatos firo protection requiromonts from the Technical Specllications to the UFSAR. Attachment 1 provides the proposed Technical Specification chango pages.

This chango request has boon developed in accordance with the guldanco contained in NRC Gonoric Lotters 8610 and 8812, and is consistent with NRC and industry oliorts to simplify the Technical Specifications. A discussion and safety evaluation is provided in Attachment 2.

The request has boon reviewed by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committoo, it has boon determined that this request does not involvo an unroviewed satoty question as defined in 10 CFR 50.59 or a significant safoty hazards considoration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92. A 10 CFR 50.92 ovaluation is provided as Attachment 3.
