MOU BETWEEN NRC AND THE DEFENSE NUCLEAR FACILITIES SAFETY BOARD Attached for your information is a copy of an MOU between NRC and the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety' Board.
The MOU provides' the broad framework for interactions between the two agencies..
Staff should be aware of the contact points and the appropriate procedures.
As the need arises, appendices for specific agreements for each area of interest will be added.
