This letter confirms verbal authorization provided to you on May 8, 1990 by Brenda DuBose, of my staff, to commence work under Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 3. effective May 9, 1990 with an established ceiling of
$1,991.97.
In accordance with Section G.5, Accelerated Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 3, This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.and Parameter Inc.'s proposal dated May 7, 1990, incorporated herein by reference.
The period of performance for the subject task order ren'ains unchanged.
This. modification increases the ceiling amount by $1,991.97, from
$67,205.30 to $69,197.27.
The estimated costs are increased by $1,940.00 from $65,649.86 to $67,589.86, the facilities capital cost of money is increased by $1.87 from $19.44 to $21.31, and the fixed fee is increased by
$50.10 from $1,536.00 to $1,586.10.
