Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart 11 of 10 CFR Part 71 is required.
Since you no longer have a valid QA Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 and registration under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 71.12, to trans-port or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport is terminated.
