REF: LICENSE SNMcIl07/ RADIOLOGICAL CONTINGENCY PLAN UPDATE Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby requests a license amendment to incorporate the revised Site Emergency Plan (submitted with the SNM.1107 renewal package on April 30, 1990) into the existing license effective September 15,1990. This license meets the intent of the rulemaking promulgated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on April 7,1989, and it is deemed prudent to implement the revised plan at this time.
