DOCKET NO. 50-382 NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR:
AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE The United States Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has granted the request of Entergy Operations, Inc. (the licensee) to withdraw the May 4, 1990, application _for proposed amendment to Facility Operating License No. NPF-38 for the Waterford Steam Electr.ic Station, Unit No. 3, located in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
-The proposed amendment would have revised the license to extend the
-implementation'date of Amendment No. 60 concerning the transfer of control and performance of licensed activities from Louisiana Power and Light Company to Entergy Operations, Inc.
The' Commission has previously issued a Notice of Consideration of
' Issuance of Amendment published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on May 10, 1990, 4
(55 FR 19682).
However, by letter dated June 6, 1990, the licensee withdrew
_the proposed change.
