Nos. DPP.-51 and NPF-6 for the Arkansas Nuplear One, Unit Nos. I and 2, located in Pope County, Arkansas.
l The proposed amendment would have revised the license to extend the implementation dates of Amendment Nos. 128 and 102 concerning the transfer of responsibilities from Arkansas Power and Light Company to Entergy Operations, Inc.
The Commission has previously issued a Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on May 10, 1990, (55FR19602). However, by letter dated June 7, 1990, the licensee withdrew the proposed change.
