Dear Mr. Martin:
As a result of discussions with Mr. A. Della Ratta of our response to inspections number 50-54/86-01 and 70-687/86-02, we submit the f ollowing as an amendment to our response dated may 13, 1986.
With regard to Appendix A - Item A, we shall submit a revision to our Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan that will more clearly def Ine our Material Balance Areas and the use of internal transaction reports.
This revision shall be submitted to the Commiss on with 60 days of the date of this letter.
With regard to Appendix B - l tem A (a, b, c), we shall submit a revision to our Physical Security Plan that will more clearly define package control and the current job titles.
This revision shall be submitted to the Commission within 60 deys of the date of this letter.
