f Meetings between NRC technical staff and applicants or licensees are usually open for. interested members of the public, petitioners, intervenors, or other parties to attend as observers pursuant to "Open Meeting Statement of NRC Staff Policy," 43 Federal Register 28058, June 28, 1978.
However, much of this meeting and associateo discussion relates to analyses which are proprietary. Therefore, portions of the meeting will not be open to the public. A non-proprietary sumary of the meeting will be prepared and will be available upon request.
