The purpose of this modification is to provide for within scope changes to the contract, extend the period of performance, and to add funds to cover the extended period.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
I' Under Subsection B.2, CONSIDERATION /sND OutlGATION--COST PLUS FIXE 0 FEE, paragraph "a" and paragraph "c" are revised as follows:

Under Subsection F.6 DURA 110N Of CONTRACT PERIOD, the paragraph is revised as follows:
"This contract shall commence on 1/09/89 and will expire on 9/30/90."
All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
