APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE l
Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear i
Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that i
the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to the above license be amended to replace the current single overpressure protection setpoint with a curve based on temperature.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachment A
to this Application.
A Safety Analysis and no significant hazard evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.

Operating License be amended in the. form attached hereto as Attachment A.
