t NRC-33-89-144 SB-3-89-1-2073 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) provide incremental funding in the amount of $57,395.00 for the basic contract year option year and previde incremental funding in the amount of $349,514.00 for the first option year, (2) exercise the first option year, and (3) identify Kev Personnel for first option year. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Under Section B.2, Consideration and Obligation--Cost Plus Fixed Fee, (JUNE 1988) Alternate I (JUNE 1988), the obligated amount is being i
increased by $57,395.00 from $290,000.00 to $347,395.00. Therefore, paragraph c. is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:
"c.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract for basic contract year is $347,395.00."
In addition, add paragraph f. to read as follows:
"f.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to i
this contract for the first option year is $345,514.00."

Under Section H.1, Key Personnel (JUNE 1988), paragraph a.,
the following individuals are considered to be essential to the successful performance of the work for the first option year:
Henry Schuchardt, Project Manager Robert Wilson, Senior Analyst Stan Demster, Consultant Kenneth Watkins, Computer Operator, Supervisor NOTE:
In accordance with letter dated June 4, 1990, 3.
In accordance with Section I.2, " Option to Extend the Term of the Contract--Services (FAR 52.217-9) (APR 1984)," Section F.6, Duration of Contract Period (MAR 1987) Alternate II (MAR 1987), is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"This contract shall commence on June 5, 1989 and will expire on June 4, 1991."
l All other termt and conditions reinain unchanged.
