The-inspection pertained to the licensee's activities in 1988 at Vandenberg Air Force Base and 1989 at Edwards Air Force Base. On May 7,1990 we notified Kim Wong of our intent to perform the May 21st inspection.
u The licensee's radiographic activities on March 24, 1989 and October 26 1989 atEdwardsAirForceBasewerenotprecededbyanNRCForm241 reciprocity notification.
This constituted one of the three violations of NRC requirements noted on the enclosed NRC Form 591.
