Enclosed is a copy of the report on the October 3, 1988, exercise of the offsite radiological emergency preparedness plans ' site-specific to the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station.

We second six year cycle and the provisions of Guidance Memorandum EX-3 will begin with the next offsite exercise at Rarcho Seco.
