The inspection was an enamination of the activities conducted under your incense as they relate to radieteon safety and to compt'ence with the Nuclear ReQuistory Commission % (NRC) rules and regulations and the cenditions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective enaminstions ci procedures and repr entative records, mterviews, with personnel, and observations by the inspector. The f mdings as a result of this inspection are as f ollows:
