Task Order No. 009, Entitled " Development of Input for Generic Environmental Document Associated with Nuclear L

Plan License Renewal" Under Contract No. NRC-04-89-051 This is to confirm our telephone conversation of May 16, 1990 which provided verbal approval to start work on May 17, 1990 for the subject task order with an obligated amount of $32,000.00.

In accordance with task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 009.

This effort shall be performed in l

accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the contractor's proposal for this Task Order No. 009 dated May 14, 1990, incorporated herein by reference.

Task Order No. 009 shall be in effect from May 16, 1990 through December 31, 1990, sith a cost ceiling of $121,438.00.

The amount of $111,821.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of

$9,617.00 represents the fixed fee.
