NRC-26-87-417 Modification No. 7 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the indirect rates for Division's 1 and 4 to the recommended audited rates. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under Subsection G.1, " Indirect Rates", paragraph "a" is deleted in its entirety and the following new paragraph "a" is substituted in lieu thereof:
"a.
Pending the establishment of final indirect rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs as follows:

Total Costs 1/1/89 - 8/20/90 These rates shall apply to all task orders issued under this contract.
Contract ceilings and individual task order ceilings remain unchanged."
In addition, the obligated amount of $94,000.00 remains unchanged.
All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling of
$207,211.02, remain unchanged.
