An Exit Meeting was conducted May 10, 1990, by phone.

M. E. Bielby, Sr., Chief Examiner, Region 111 NRC.
The examination was proctored onsite by Elden Plettner, NRC Senior Resident inspector at Big Rock Point. During administration of the examination it was discovered that question No. 11 on Exam:
R0 A-103 had by two identical distractors.
It was the decision of the Chief Examiner to retain this question as part of the examination because the identical choices were distractors, and the candidate was still required to make a decision between three possible answers, one of which, was correct.

Examination ResuIts Comparison A comparison of the examination results between the facility and the NRC grading was within the tolerance allowed by NUREG-1021, ES-601, Revision 5.
4.
Overall Requalification Program Evaluation The requalification program was previously assigned an overall rating of SATISFACTORY (Report No. 50-155/0L-89-02).
