Steam Generator Tube Surveillance Gentlemen:
Maine Yankee's Technical Specification 4.10.E.1 requires that, following each inservice inspection of steam generator. tubes, the number of tubes plugged in each steam-generator shall be reported to the Commission within 15 days.
Maine Yankee completed an inservice inspection of all three steam generators.
. As a result of this inspection,-we plugged 25 tubes in steam generator E-1-1, 4 tubes in steam generator E-1-2, and 14 tubes.in steam generator E-1-3.
All plugging was completed by May 25, 1990.
Additional information related to the inspection of the steam generators-will
- be included in our Inservice' Inspection Summary Report which is scheduled to be submitted about August, 1990.
