Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Fuel Canister Storage Racks Technical Evaluation Report Pursuant to NRC Letter dated February 4,1982, GPU Nuclear has perfomed the annual review of the Fuel Canister Storage Racks (FCSR) Technical Evaluation Report (TER) and has detemined that no update is required.

With the completion of defueling, we plan to no longer use the FCSRs for their design purpose.

Therefore, GPU Nuclear will no longer provide an annual update to the FCSR TER.
