As Acting Director, Dr. David O'Keeffe will assume responsibility for making all arrangements necessary for the return of the nuclear materials and the dismantling of the laboratory. However, I will continue to personally handle or directly supervise all activities involving manipulation of the radioactive materials including leak testing, moving and packaging for shipment.
