ULNRC-2168, dated March 6, 1990 Reference 2 transmitted an amendment application to revise Technical SpecificatAcns and associated Bases, which contain cycle specific core operating parameters.

The proposed revision would relocate the cycle specific corc' parameters from the Technical Specifications and place them in the Core Operating Limits Report.

Attached please find revised Technical Specification pages which are being resubmitted to address NRC comments as discussed in a May 21, 1990 telecon.
