110.275 kg of uranium 19.95 w/o U-235 enriched (22.000 kg of U-235 content) in the form of U-metal will be furnished to-us under a Short-Term, Fixed-Commitment Contract'- held between EURATOM on behalf of NUKEM GmbH and US-DOE - and will-be used as fuel in the FRG 1 and FRG 2 Reactors at Geesthacht, Germany.

Fuel elements will manufactured at CERCA/ Romans, France or at B & W / Lynchburg, U.S.A.

We authorize Transnuclear Inc., Hawthorne, N.Y., USA, to apply for the relevant U.S.

export licence.
