You stated that Mr. Tracy Morris currently supervises the use of the cesium-137 Ohmart gauge and that four employees who have received the manufacturer's training and were designated by Carolyn Coolidge currently use the metals analysis probe containing americium-241. Those individuals were identified as: Don Williams, Tom Crafford, Bob Weedon, and Paul Dbzwonowski. When your new Radiation Safety Officer has been chosen, you should submit his name, training, and experience information in a future amendment request. Refer to Control Number 71010 in your letter.
