Dear Dr. Murley:
The referenced letter provided a detailed description of the Unit 2 Steam Generator Girth Held inspection results.
During a recent teleconference between members of your staff and Zion Station, a final listing of the surface indications removed from the upper transition cone weld area in the Zion Station Unit 2 Steam Generators was requested.
The attachment.to this letter provides the requested information.
Commonwealth Edison has reviewed the flaw evaluation and conc 1'uded l
that the indications are all acceptable.
As indicated in the_ referenced letter, the results of the hardness tests on the girth welds and the l
surrounding areas and the results of the boat sample analyses will be submitted with the Zion Unit 2 outage report.
If any additional questions arise, please direct them to.this office.
