Dear Mr. Scherer:
This letter is in regard to your letter, with attachments, dated February 14, 1990, whereby you submitted a revision to your currently approved Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan. The revision was made under the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
We have determined that the change made to Section 4.2.1, Page 1.4-1, Revision 3 dated February 14, 1990, is acceptable in that it is consistent with regulatory j
requirements and meets the intent of regulatory guidelines and standards.
Accordingly, License Condition 1.1 to Safeguards Amendment SG-3 to your License No. SNM-1067 is hereby revised, effective upon receipt of this letter, to read as follows:
