My letter-dated February 16, 1990, requested that additional time be granted for the development of the consolidated applications to support our request for the renewal of the referenced certificates i
of compliance.
The request for additional time was based on the contractor's estimated completion schedule.
The contractor has informed us that he is unable to complete the development of the consolidated applications in the time that he had originally estimated.
The latest schedule of completion dates ranges from the middle of July until the middle of August, 1990 for the three certificates.
I, therefore, request that the deadline
. for our submittals of the consolidated applications for these three certificates be moved to September 1,
1990.
This will provide sufficient time for the contractor to complete his work and some additional time if he encounters unanticipated delays.
