l My staff has reviewed the study concerning the proposed siting of a pool-type irradiator at Mulberry, Florida.
Through telephone conversations with Daniel Nash of the Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services (HRS) and Richard Woodruff, NRC Region II States Agreements Officer, my staff was asked to conduct a general review and consider any outstanding siting

issues that may have been overlooked by the HRS reviewers.
My i
staff uncovered no outstanding siting issues and concludes that no further review action is necessary.
