Dear Mr. Harms:
This letter is to confirm our telephone conversations of May 22, 1990 regarding our settlement of the Basin Testing proceeding and the settlement documents which vou recently returned to me. As we agraad during our conversations, I have made tne following insertions in these documents:
(1) the date, May 11, 1990, has been added in item 12 on page three of the Promissory Note which was signed by Mr. Cobban.
(2) the phrase "for a total of 24 payments" has been added after tua word "therufter" in the ninth line of the test of the addendum to the Pro,nissory Note, and (3) the date May 11, 1990 has been added after Mr. Cobban's signature in the Settlement Agreement.
Within the next few days all of the settlement docwents, with these insertions, will be filed with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board.
After the Board accepts the settlement, this matter will be concluded.
