the following insertions in these documents:As we agreed during our conversations, l'have (1) the date, May 11, 1990, has been added'in item 12:on page three of the Promissory Note which was signed by Mr. Cobban. -(2) the phrase "for a total of 24 payments" has been added after the word "thereafter";-in !the -ninth'line of the test of the addendumLto the Promissory Note..and:(3 the date May 11, 1990 has been added after Mr. Cobban's-U signature in: the Settle) ment Agreement.
