At 0430 on April 29, 1990, the containment building personnel hatch (fire door number 2466) was opened to support maintenance activities inside the containment building.. Due to the scope of the work, the door was not .
closed after seven days. Technical Specification 3.7.12 requires that all non-functional fire barrier penetrations be restored to functional status. r within seven days or a Special Report aust be subaitted within the next 30 >i days. Therefore, this Special Report is being subaitted. . .
The containaent personnel hatch was closed and declared functional'on May.9. 1990 at 2330. Technical Specification action requirements were act for the personnel hatch.
