OF THE ABWR SEISMIC DESIGN AUDIT Enclosed is a copy of the staff's summary of the November 28-30, 1989, meeting held at the General Electric Company offices in San Jose, California.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss outstanding seismic and soil / structure issues and to conduct a seismic design audit on GE's ABWR.

We-request that you provide a schedule that is consistent with resolving the identified outstanding issues by the end of May 1990.
