1 em pleased to submit the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's) report on the nondisclosure of Safeguards Information for the quarter ending March 31, 1990, as. required by Section-147 of the Atomic Energy.Act of 1954, as. amended.
During the period January 1, 1990, through March-31, 1990, the NRC did not withhold any Safeguards Information from public disclosure under the provisions of the implementing regulations.
