submitted for approval and adoption -in accordance with-your State's administrative procedures. After your regulations have been adopted, please provide a copy to this office so that we can continue our-compatibility determination.-

Also, we acknowledge notification that the State plans to transfer the.

Radioactive Materials Regulatory Program-to the Department of-Natural Resources.

Please provide our-Region II Office with a copy of the Executive Order effecting the transfer.
