1990, your Office was sent the Mississippi State Department of Ilealth annual report of environmental activities (CY 1989) in. the vicinity of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station.

Unfortunately, the machine producing the report had not been programmed to print the "plus or minus" character needed in the

" EPA Cross-Check Results -- 1989."

Accordingly, please replace pages 30 through 33 with the enclosed amended pages; the data remain the

same, only the "plus" sign has been amended to the "plus or minus" chai:.cter.
