- This refers to Certificate of Compliance No. 5942 for the Model No. 700-packaging which has:an expiration date of July 31, 1990.
Since the certificate references include several supolements, a consolidated o
application, complete in itself and which includes drawings and all pertinent information should be submitted. Preferably, the application should be in the format of Regulatory Guide 7.9.
The sections on operating procedures, accept-
.ance tests, and maintenen e programs should be reviewed to assure they are com-plete and currut.
If railions are necessary, the revised sections should be
, submitted with the application for renewal, Note that the certificate of com-pliance may be conditioned to pecifically cite the operating procedures, acceptance tecting and_maintuacnce programs. To ensure continued use of this.
