April 27, 1990, Management Meeting Summary Report No. 70-1100/90-04 This letter transmits a meeting report which summarizes our discussions with you, Dr. Brewer and other members of your staff during a meeting held in the NRC Region I offices on April 27, 1990.
The meeting was held to discuss the results of your self-assessment of performance, which was conducted at the request of the NRC following completion of the Nuclear Fuel Integrated Improvement Program (NFIIP). Also discussed were the preliminary results of your root-cause analysis conducted to determine the reasons for six violations of regulatory requirements identified during Inspection No. 70-1100/90-03.
