Special Report ho.90-003, Units 1 and 2 Yard Fire Hydrant Inoperable For More Than Fourteen Days nt 1100 on March 26, 1990, yard fire hydrant N1Y43V103 was disabled in order to support modifications to the Primary Access Point.
Due to the scope of the work, the hydrant could not be returned to service within fourteen days. Technical Specification 3.7.11.5 requires this yard fire hy/rnnt to be returned to operable status within 14 days, or a Special Rtncrt must be submitted within the following 30 days.
Therefore, this il Special Report is being submitted.
Yard fire hydrant N1Y43V103 was 1
returned to service on April 25, 1990.
Technical Specification action statement requirements were met for the hydrant.
