This refers to the special safety inspection conducted by Mr. D. R. Gibbons of this office on March 14, 1990, at the US Air Cargo Office at the Port
- Columbus International Airport in Columbus, Ohio.
The inspection was

received at your facility on March 13, 1990.

.during our inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of an j
examination of shipping documents and procedures, observations, surveys of i
t the package, and interviews with personnel, j
1 No violations of NRC requirements with regard to US Air's response to the i
event or the labeling of the package were identified during the inspection.
