Dear Sirs:
Effective May 1,1990, the individuals identified in the attached list are no longer assigned to a ifcensed position at TMI-2.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.74, notification ~of termination of the individual TMI-2 operator licenses is forwarded.
Since TMI-2 is in Facility Mode 3, the Technical Specification requirement for licensed operators no longer exists.
Therefore, the TMI-2 Licensed Operator Requalification Program required by 10 CFR 55.53(h) has been eliminated.
