MINUTES OF MEETING WITH BWR-6 OWNERS GROUP ~0N TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION IMPROVEMENT - IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW STS FOR BWR-6 PLANTS The NRC staff met.with representatives of the BWROG in the NRC's Rockville office on April' 17, 1990 to discuss proposals by the BWR-6 owners for imple-menting.the new Standard Technical Specifications (STS). The BWR-6 owners described the objectives 'and elements they considered important in implementing the new STS ~for the four BWR-6 plants (Perry, Clinton, Riverbend and Grand Gulf).
A~ number of approaches were proposed and discussed by -the' staff and the owners.
It was decided that the staff needed time to evaluate what the owners-proposed and the owners needed to further evaluate their options.
