SEABROOK STATION Annual Environmental Operating Report January 1, 1989 .to December 31, 1989

1. Environmental ~ Studies Program The Preoperational Environmental' Studies Program at Seabrook Station spans the period for 1975 to June 13.-1989. From June 13, 1989, to June 22, 1989, Seabrook Station conducted its Low Power Testing i Program. Therefore..from June 13, 1989, to December 31, 1989, the Environmental Studies Program is considered postoperational.

Attachment 1 to this enclosure is Technical Report XX.II, which summarizes environmental data results from 1975 through 1988. A summariaation report for 1989;is not yet available but will'be forwarded as part of the 1990 submittal. Attachment 2 to this-enclosure (Technical Report XX-I) is the summariaation report for 1988.

2. Environmental Protection Plan Activities for Reoortina Period Aoustic Monitorinn No reports for 1989 were generated.

3. EPP Nop-Comoliance and Corrective Actions Thore were 20 exceptions noted and reported in the Seabrook Station 1

Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for the period (January'- December 1989). A summary description of those exceedances is provided below.
