In March 1990 we received Revision 70 of'the Quad Cities. Station Annex toi the -
Generating Stations Emergency Plan. We have reviewed this revision,'which is 4 o
dated December 1989, and have concluded that: ittis; acceptable!.and 'doesLnot '
decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan for'the-QuadLCities'. Station-.-
- Revision.70 included summary descriptions of the Station's. upgraded seismic?
monitoring equipment and the upgraded ' provisions for an offsite; reassembly; area for.. nonessential personnel who would be evacuated from theisite if' certain criteria were satisfied. The revision ^ also included several changes-to position titles and the names-of several offsite support-organizations ~.
