Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the. Commission's Rulr.-s and Regulations, Yankee.

Atomic Electric Company hereby proposes the following modification to Appendix A.of the operating license.

Proposed Chanoe Reference is made to the Technical Specifications of the Yankee Nuclear Power Station's (YNPS's) Operating License No. DPR-3.

We propose to modify the license as follows:

Modifv Specification 6.3.1, Page 6-6, to reflect the change in title of' Technical Services Supervisor to Technical Services Manager and to acid the Maintenance Support S.ipervisor and Operations Support Supervisor to.the' list i

of the facility staff.

Modify Specification 6.5.1.2, Page 6-7, to reflect the. change in title of Technical Services Supervisor to Technical Services Manager. and to add the_

l Maintenance Sapport Supervisor and Operations Support Supervisor to the list I

of Plant Operation Review Committee members.

Based on the consideration contained herein, it is concluded that there is--

reasonable assurance that the operation-of YNPS consistent with the proposed Technical Specifications will not endanger the health and safety of the public.

This proposed change has been reviewed by the Nuclear Safety Audit and_ Review Committee.
