APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE l
Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the'U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby-requests that l.
the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix-A to these 1-icenses be amended to update staff titles to reflect the Nuclear Group Organization.
i The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A-1 and A-2 to this Application.

A No Significant Hazard Evaluation is set l
forth, in Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
