Rockwell International Corporation has filed a
" Notification of Withdrawal and Motion to Terminate the Proceeding," April 4, 1990.
In that motion Applicant announces that it has decided "to terminate all activities involving materials authorized under the license, including the TRUMP-S program."
Since the discontinued activities under the SNM-21 license were the subject of this proceed-ing, Applicant's request to renew its license is now moot and this case is, therefore, DISMISSED.
