Task Order 5, Mod No. 1, " Prairie Island Nuclear Power Plant Requalification Exam," under Contract NRC-03-89-031 In accordance with section G.5, Task Order Procedures 1of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order 5, Mod. No. I which authorizes an additional 40 PSH, This shall be performed in accordance with Sonalysts Inc.'s proposal dated September 22, 1989 incorporated herein by reference.

The period of performance for Task Order 5, Mod.1 is October 2,1989 through November 24, 1989. The total cost ceiling is hereby increased from

$24,282.00 by $2,357.00 to $26,639.00.

The amount, $24.479.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $260.00 represents the facilities capital cost of money, and the amount of $1,900.00 represents the fixed fee.
